Finally! The best ramen I tasted in the Philippines ever! A friend of mine brought me here recently and brief me with the available choices.
They have three kinds of ramen: Shiromaru Motoaji, Akamaru Shinaji & Karaka-men – from non-spicy to spicy. There is an option to upgrade these to Tamago (with soft-boiled egg), Chashu (with simmered pork belly), or Special (with soft-boiled egg, pork belly and seaweed). Also, you can choose the hardness of noodles from soft to very hard.
